摘    要:为改善水合物分离效率,研究了蒙脱石(MMT)对CH4分离效果的影响。对甲烷体积分数为24.9%和40.4%的瓦斯气样A和B在四氢呋喃(THF)-MMT、十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)-MMT及THF-SDS-MMT体系中水合固化过程进行实验,利用气相色谱仪测定分离产物中CH4的体积分数。结果表明:MMT的使用可以提高水合物的分离效率,气样A水合物相中甲烷的含量较未添加MMT的体系分别提高了3.02%、3.64%和13.59%,CH4提纯最高可达14.24%,气样B分别提高了19.53%、14.48%和22.41%,CH4提纯最高可达29.88%;MMT的添加,能够提高CH4在水合物相中的摩尔分率,增强水合物法富集CH4的能力,达到了分离提纯低浓度瓦斯的目的。

Abstract:This paper aims to explore the method of improving the separation rate of hydrate by investigating the effect of montmorillonite(MMT) on CH4 separation.The investigation consists of studying the process of hydration curing using the two types of gas samples(A and B) with CH4 concentration of 24.9% and 40.4% and the system of(THF)-MMT,(SDS)-MMT and THF-SDS-MMT,and analyzing CH4 concentration in separation residues using gas chromatography.The results show that the use of MMT allows an increase in the hydrate separation efficiency,producing 3.02%,3.64% and 13.59% higher concentration of CH4 in sample A hydration phase than otherwise would occur,with the highest separation concentration of CH4 increasing up to 14.24%,while sample B is found to have 19.53%,14.48% and 22.41% higher concentration of CH4,with the highest separation concentration of CH4 increasing up to 30.36%.MMT addition,capable of improving the mole fraction of CH4 in the hydrate phase and increasing in the enrichment capability of CH4 in the hydrate,enables the separation and purification of low-concentration gas.
