| 摘 要： | 研究把传感器和调节器用在一个压电材料上，使压电传感器和调节器处于同一位置，即压电材料同时作为传感器和调节器的方法。该方法称之为自感应调节器(self-sensing Actuator)。探讨该方法的新原理和方法。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the electrically equivalent model and transfer function of self-sensing actuator are investigated.It is demonstrated that some factors, such as equivalent resistance R, have significant effect on the measured transfer function. |
