| 摘 要： | 建设创新型国家的目标促进了我国实验室的发展,但传统定义的实验室能力建设内容已不能适应要求。提出并界定实验室能力建设内容应包括实验能力、质量管理能力、安全防护能力与环境保护能力等四大内容。实验室能力建设是日常工作,也是长期过程,专业、安全、环保是实验室能力建设的目标。

| Abstract: | The goal of building innovation-oriented country promotes the development of laboratory,but the content can not meet the requirements of the laboratory capabilities construction.In this paper,we defined that the content of the laboratory capabilities construction should include four parts： experimental capabilities,quality management capabilities,security capabilities and environmental protection capabilities.The laboratory capabilities construction is the daily work and a long-term process;the goals of the laboratory capabilities construction are profession,safety and environmental protection. |
