摘    要:高校实验室是隐性知识储量最多、资源最丰富和集中的部门,也是能够代表和反映学校科研水平、教学水平、学术水平的重要部门。从高校隐性知识的概念出发,在论述挖掘高校实验室隐性知识必要性的基础上,针对目前高校实验室在隐性知识管理方面存在的问题,从促进隐性知识转化与共享的条件出发,探索促进高校隐性知识转化与共享的具体措施,对于提升高校的核心竞争力和声誉无疑具有重要的现实意义。

Abstract:University Laboratory is the sector of tacit knowledge which has the largest reserves,the most abundant and concentrative resources.It is also an important sector which can represent and reflect the school level of scientific research,teaching level and the academic standards.Departure from the concept of tacit knowledge in universities,this paper discusses the necessity of excavation of the tacit knowledge in the university laboratory.On the basis of problems in the management of tacit knowledge and the necessary and sufficient conditions of promotion of the conversing and sharing of tacit knowledge,this paper explores specific measures to promote the tacit knowledge conversing and sharing.It undoubtedly has important practical significance for enhancing the university's core competitiveness and reputation.
