浅析俄日关系发展的渐进性

近年来，俄日关系松动，改善，升温的步伐明显加快，双方表现出全面改善关系的强烈愿望，但由于制约俄日关系实质发展的诸多因素，尤其是领土问题未能消除，因而俄日双边合作只能是有限的，其建立“创建性伙伴关系”的进程也必然是渐进性的。

A Brief Discussion of the Gradual Advancement of the Relations between Russia and Japan

The relationship between Russia and Japan has been improved and is turning better in recent years.The two countries show a strong desire to improve the bilateral relations,but the bilateral cooperation is limited because so many essential problems concerning the relaitons of two countries especially that of territorial dispute still remain,so the establishment of construcitve partnership between them is a gradual process.
