摘    要:生物质直燃发电是生物质能利用的重要途径,但燃烧释放的较高浓度的HCl会对锅炉系统产生多方面的危害。该文使用热重分析方法,研究生物质燃烧中CaO和HCl反应动力学。实验结果表明:在600~800℃内,随着温度的升高,反应速率不断加快,本征反应为Arrhenius型,实验测得活化能为35.90kJ.mol-1,指前因子为5.246×10-3 m.s-1。温度超过850℃以后,随着温度升高反应速率常数反而降低,活化能和指前因子是温度的函数,反应有负活化能。在该文的实验条件下,CaO固氯本征化学反应对HCl为一级反应。

Abstract:Biomass direct-combustion power generation is an important way to utilize bioenergy,but the boilers can be damaged by the high HCl concentrations from the biomass combustion.The kinetics of the intrinsic reaction between CaO and HC1 were investigated using a thermogravimetric analyzer.The experimental results indicate that the chemical reaction rate increases with temperature for 600-800℃,the reaction follows the Arrhenius law,the apparent activation energy,Er,of the intrinsic reaction is 35.90 kJ·mol-1 and the preexponential constant,Z,is 5.246×10-3 m·s-1.When the temperature exceeds 850℃,the intrinsic reaction rate constant decreases rapidly with increasing temperature,Er and Z are functions of the temperature,and the apparent activation energy is negative.The intrinsic reaction is first order in the HCl concentration for the experimental conditions.
