| 摘 要： | 主要阐述了在“面向21世纪素质教育”的研究生教育中，心理素质教育的必要性，以及如何利用先进的计算机手段辅助心理素质教育的实施．文章从目前研究生信息管理系统的现状、心理素质教育的必要性、心理素质测评、监控及咨询系统建立的可能性、系统的总体设计、系统的实现五个方面分析了针对心理素质教育而建立的心理素质评估、监控及咨询系统．

| Abstract: | The essay mainly expounds the necessarity of instructor of the psychology diathesis that objects to 21 century's diathetic instructor, and expounds the how to put it into effect with the advanced computer technology. The essay ovelal analyses the system of evaluating psychology diathesis, controlling psychology diathesis and seeking advice from it. The essay expounds foe system from five aspect (1) the present situation of GSIMS, (2) necessarity of thetrutor of the psychology diathesis, (3) the possibility of building the system; (4) the total designation of the systems (5) the realization of the system. |
