| 摘 要： | 美国和日本分别采取了创新和移植两种不同的技术道路,都取得了很大的成功,从中得到的启示是中国应该采取“移植加创新”的技术路线,并且移植应由企业担当主角,而创新则应由国家担当主角。建议在技术道路选择上树立正确的理念,在农业和工业持续发展方面考虑技术移植。

| Abstract: | United States and Japan respectively to take innovative technology and transplant two different roads,have made great success.China should gain enlightenment is a "transplant plus innovative"technology line.Transplanted should take on the lead by the enterprise,but innovated should take on the lead by the correct idea in the technical path choice,and In agricultural and the industry sustainable development aspect,the consideration uses the technical transplant method. |
