益母草碱灭螺活性研究

摘    要:研究益母草碱灭杀钉螺的效果,以及对钉螺糖原和总蛋白的影响.对48、72、96、120 h浸杀的试验数据进行概率单位回归分析,计算得其LC50分别为537.303、151.508、73.106、53.990 mg/L.用LC50=151.508 mg/L浓度的益母草碱浸杀钉螺,处理120 h的钉螺软体的糖原含量呈现增高—降低的趋势.浸泡120 h,较之对照组,糖原含量下降了76.08%.总蛋白含量呈降低—增高—降低趋势,增高的原因可能与钉螺经益母草碱处理后体内产生大量特定蛋白质来克服这种胁迫逆境有关.

Abstract:In this study,the experiments had been carried out to evaluate the killing effect of leonurine,and its influence on glycogen and total protein of Oncomelania hupensis.Through probity regression analysis of the data,the LC50 of leonurine by immersion for 48,72,96,120 h were 537.303,151.508,73.106,53.990 mg/L respectively.O.hupensis were treated with leonurine at the concentration LC50=151.508 mg/L.The results showed that glycogen content displayed a decreasing trend after a rise during 120 h treatment period.After treatment for 120 h,glycogen content decreased 76.08% compared to control group.Total protein content showed a decreasing trend after a drop and rise,after 72 h began to express the second decreasing trend.It was hypothesized that the high level expression of specific protein which servered to income the adversity bringing by leonurine may account for this increase.
