高频电光调制的频率限制与多普勒效应

摘    要:本文讨论了电光调制中由于调制频率的增加而对调制效应产生的影响以及用行波调制解决这一问题之原理。引入了相对调制频率的概念,发现行波澜制中调制频率的这种相对变化正与多普勒原理一致,从而揭示了问题的本质。进而指出在此种情况下,应当计及相对论性效应,运用作者曾导出的一般形式的多普勒公式于此情况,得出了改善频率限制的相对论性结果,其与现有理论结果之差别可用实验检验。

Abstract:This paper discusses the problems that the modulation effect isinfluenced by increasing the modulation frequency and the principleof travelling wave modulation.Introducing the idea of relativemodulation frequency,the author finds this relative change offrequency to be consistant with Doppler's principle in travellingwave modulation.Thus,the essence of the problem is brought tolight.Furthermore the author points out that the relativityeffects must be considered in this case.Using the generalDoppler's fomula derived by the author,the relevant result onimproving the limit of frequency is given out,its difference fromthe existing theoritical result can be tested by experiments.
