| 摘 要： | 国内外的高等教育个人收益率都高于10%,因此个人对高等教育有强烈的需求.而我国的公办高校由于经费有限、资源配置不合理、办学效率低下等原因难以满足个人的高等教育需求,民办高教则是我国发展高等教育事业、满足个人投资高等教育的有效途径.

| Abstract: | Overseas and domestic individual earnings yield of higher education is higher than 10%, then the individual demand for higher education eagerly. For reason of limited fund, unreasonable resource distribution, lower efficiency of running school, domestic public higher school can't satisfy individual requirement for higher education.Developing private higher school is a valid way to promote domestic higher education and meet requirement for investing in higher education of the private |
