摘    要:以某航空发动机弧齿锥齿轮为研究对象,以弧齿锥齿轮加载接触分析基础上,利用空间曲面共轭原理,建立起适合弹流润滑分析的动态坐标系,确定出动态坐标系与几何齿面、刀具产形面坐标系之间统一的变换关系。用点弹流润滑理论对高速弧齿锥齿轮在啮合过程中各啮合点的油膜压力分布、油膜温度分布和油膜厚度分布情况进行研究,确定出啮合过程中最小油膜厚度、最大油膜压力等润滑特性的变化规律。

Abstract:Spiral bevel gear with high speed in the aeroengine is studied as object in the paper. On the theoretical basis of the analysis of loaded tooth contact, dynamic coordination system suitable for analysis of elastohydrodynamic lubrication is established. The unified coordination conversion relation in dynamic coordination system, geometry of tooth surface and tool generating surface are defined by applying the conjugation theory of space curved face theory. By means of EHD theory, the research related to film pressure distribution, film thickness distribution at all meshing point in the tooth engaging processes of spiral bevel gear with high speed is performed. The patterns of the variation of lubrication such as minimum film thickness and maximum film pressure are defined.
