| 摘 要： | 采用父系半同胞相关法,首次对1288头兰州黑白花奶牛7个数量性状进行了遗传力、遗传相关和表型参数估测。估测结果为:兰州黑白花奶牛不同数量性状其遗传参数不同,而同一性状因胎次不同其遗传参数亦不同,有其自已的特点。初步探讨出兰州黑白花奶牛的遗传规律,为奶牛育种工作及生产提供了科学的依据。

| Abstract: | We evaluated genetic capacity. Genetic correlation and type parameter of seven numerical character in 1288 Holstein-Friesian cattle of first time with paternal semi-brother relation. The results showed that the different numerical characters had their relative different genetic parameters, however for the same character, its genetic parameter varied according to fetus number with its own characteristics. The genetic law was explored and summarized for Lanzhou Holstein-Friesian Cattle in this study. |
