| Abstract: | The theory science and technology is the best productivity has pushed forward economic development and social progress. It has changed changed the big and small economic environment. meantime, it has changed the concept of financial management. We should use new thoughts and concepts to form a new understanding. Thus we can use science and technology to male some crealiveness and reforms on the aims, relations, contents and target system in financial management. |
