植物生长调节剂的太赫兹光谱检测与分析

摘    要:利用太赫兹时域光谱技术(THz-TDS)对五种植物生长调节剂在室温环境下的THz光谱进行测定,提取了五种植物生长调节剂在THz波段的折射率和吸收系数.利用Gaussian03软件分别对五种样品的单分子模型进行了吸收模拟,实验结果和模拟结果可以较好的对应.验证了THz-TDS在植物生长调节剂残留检测领域的可行性.

Abstract:In this paper,the terahertz (THz) spectra of five plant growth regulators are measured by using the THz time domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS).Their refractive indexes and absorption coefficients in the THz frequency range are extracted.Utilizing the Guassian 03 software,the single molecule structures of the five samples are simulated and their resonance frequencies in the THz frequency range are calculated.The experimental and simulated results are in agreement with each other.This workdemonstrates the application possibility of the THz-TDS in analysis of agricultural chemicals residue.
