| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了科技期刊评估的指导思想和程序,阐述了用德尔菲方法确定评估指标体系和权重的过程及具体内容;研究了评估中总分计算的三种方法及数学模型。本方法可使科技期刊的评估更科学合理,对加强科技期刊的宏观管理,提高其质量有重要意义。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the guiding thought and process of accessing scientific issue, It assessing, expounds the process and practical contents of determinnation for the assessing system and weight by delpeimethod. It studies three methods and matternetic models of total computation in the assessment. This method can make the assessment of scientific issue more reasonable and it is important for macroscopic management of scientific issue, Hence raising its level of accessmnt. |
