| Abstract: | Under the pressure of fierce competition in today＇s job market,what is the core competitiveness of the Business English majors？ Where can they find a good job？ The World Top500 Companies recognize BEC（Business English Certificates）,because it represents qualities they require —— solid language ability,active communication skills,adequate business background knowledge,business thinking when solving problems and above all teamwork spirit.Therefore,in this paper,a brand new system of curriculum has been put forward in order to help students pass BEC and to become elites for those global companies through four-year study in universities. |
