| 摘 要： | 中小企业的发展状况对整个国民经济的健康运行有着至关重要的作用。就目前来看,我国中小企业的发展在许多方面都还存在着困境。信息不对称主要影响中小企业的资本投入、人才投入和产品在市场上的竞争力。本文主要从投入——产出的角度,运用简单的博弈模型分析信息不对称对中小企业发展的影响。
