摘    要:影响动物细胞培养的因素众多,其中氨基酸的影响不可忽略.实验发现,在杂交骨髓瘤细胞培养过程中,赖氨酸是限制性氨基酸,故建立了考虑该限制性氨基酸的杂交骨髓瘤细胞非结构动力学模型.模型将赖氨酸区分为胞内赖氨酸及胞外赖氨酸,并且认为对细胞生长产生影响的是胞内赖氨酸的浓度.仿真结果表明,在此基础上完成的动力学模型能较好地描述动物细胞生长过程.

Abstract:The nutrient condition for mammalian cells in vitro such as amino acids and growth factors plays important role on cell growth. Lysine is found to be an important limiting amino acid in myeloma cell cultivation. Therefore, an unstructured kinetic model which takes the influence of lysine concentration into account was developed. In this model, intracellular lysine and extracellular lysine(lysine in culture medium) is differentiated, and the intracellular lysine is assumed to affect the cell growth directly. The simulation shows that the model is able to describe the cell growth under changing culture conditions.
