| 摘 要： | 铁电－铁电相变并不总是伴随介电峰值。ＢａＴｉＯ３出现峰值，ＰｂＺｒ１－ｘＴｉｘＯ３系统则不是，利用铁电热力学理论研究了出现介电峰值的条件，并将此与斜方相是否存在联系起来。

| Abstract: | Morphotropic or polymorphic transformations between ferroelectric phases donot always involve a peak value in the dielectric constant.BaTiO3 generates a peak, but PZTdoes not.The thermodynamic theory of ferroelectrics is applied to study the condition for appearance of a dielectric constant peak at ferroelectric-ferroelectric transformati on.It is foundthat the condition is related to the stability of the orthorhombic phase. |
