剥离过程中胶层内实际应力分布的研究

摘    要:指出了现有的金属胶接接头剥离力学模型的局限性和不足。用应变片电测法实测了剥离过程中刚性金属被粘物沿试样长度方向上的应变,结果表明胶层中受到了分布较宽的拉伸应力的作用,根据实验结果提出了金属胶接接头在剥离中胶层内应力分布的修正模型。

Abstract:The defects of the mechanical models existed for stress distribution are pointed out. The ac tual strain distribution in the ahherend of the metal to canvas joint under the peeling load is measured and the results obtained show that the stiff adherend is under the action of a relatively wide distribting tensile stress. A modified wodel based on the theoritical analysis and the results obtained from experi ment is also established.
