冷油器传热及阻力特性实验研究

摘    要:本文对磨煤机用冷油器的传热及阻力特性进行了实验测量和研究,利用拟合曲线分离法给出了油、水侧放热系数的计算公式,同时给出了传热系数和阻力的计算式.文中指出了影响传热性能的主要因素及解决方法,可用以进一步改进冷油器的传热性能.

Abstract:The characteristics of heat transfer and pressure drop of a oil cooling heat exchanger are studied through experimental measurement, the experimental formula are given for these two parameters. The convection heat transfer coefficients of both oil and water side are derived by means of separating variables from fitting curve method.The main factors affecting the heat transfer capability of the exchanger are pointed out. Solving methods are proposed which are benificial to the improvement of the transfer capability of the heat exchanger.
