| 摘 要： | 列举了目前企业在建立职业安全健康管理体系中对《职业安全健康管理体系审核规范》(2001)的要素“4．3．3目标”和“4．3．4职业安全健康管理方案”的主要认识和通常做法，指出了其利弊。并从管理学的角度进行了深入分析，为企业高效实施这两个要素给出了一些建议和参考实例。
