| Abstract: | Students in normal universities are required to have good personality and proper behavior criterion to meet the needs of teaching profession.In order to make the students better adapt themselves to the vocational requirement,we should not only cultivate the students to construct the structure of professional knowledge and vocational skills,but also help them train the healthy personality. |
