摘    要:差异教学主要是根据学生的个别差异而进行的教学,有着不同于传统教学的特点。在差异教学中,教师扮演着交响乐队指挥和体育教练员的角色,要求教师必须是教学活动的设计者、组织者、参与者和评估者。

Abstract:Differentiated instruction is the teaching which is mainly carried out on the basis of the individual differences of students and it has the characteristics that are different from the traditional teaching.In performing differentiated instruction,teachers play the role of a symphony orchestra conductor and sports coaches,which requires teachers to be the designers,organizers,participants and evaluators of teaching activities.
