摘    要:炸药粉的静电点火能用于评价炸药生产和储运过程中的静电危险性.静电点火能测试装置应该符合本身安全、操作便利、可靠性和重复性好的要求.对于有些炸药的静电点火能量测试,出现双能量区域;低能量区域仅在动电极点火方式中出现,高能量区域则可同时出现在动电极和固定电极点火方式中.放电极隙间的静电放电特性对炸药的点火概率有明显的影响.放电极隙间可能存在4种放电模式,即振荡放电、弧光放电、火花放电和低电压接触放电.有些炸药对接触放电十分敏感,被静电放电点燃的能量非常低.动电极静电点火能测试装置,由直流伺服电机控制电极的渐近运动和定位,放电极隙间的点火能量则由瞬态数据记录仪和微机自动测试分析系统获得.

Abstract:The electrostatic ignition energy of explosive powder is used to assess the electrostatic hazards associated with the processing and handling of explosives.The ignition testing apparatus must be safe,convenient,bias-limited,and capable of yielding reasonable and reproducible results.Two distinct regions where some explosives ignition may be obtained,a low-energy region observed only with the approaching-electrode apparatus and a high-energy region observed with both moving and fixed electrodes apparatus.The characteristic of gas discharge affect the percentage of the explosives ignition probability markedly.There are four modes of discharges,such as oscillatory discharge,arc discharge,spark discharge and low-voltage contact discharge.Some explosives are very sensitive to the contact discharge,the ignition energy may be very small.The system of direct current servo electromotor and the place-fixed unit control the electrode approaching-move and stop.The energy of discharge spark between the discharging gaps may be gotten by transient recorder and computer system automatically.
