| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、专家访谈法、数理统计法以及综合分析法对山西省网球后备人才培养所涉及到的管理体制、运动员训练情况、竞赛情况、运动员选材、训练物质保障、教练员队伍建设等问题进行全面了解,试图找到影响山西省网球运动水平滞后的原因,并提出建议为山西省网球后备人才培养提供参考.

| Abstract: | Using combined methods of questionnaire survey,documentary study,expert interviewing,statistics and comprehensive analysis,we explore a set of issues concerning reserve talent cultivation of tennis players in Shanxi province,which covers selection,management and training of the reserve players,matches,training facility,coach staff development,etc.The aim is to reveal the causes of sluggish tennis sport in Shanxi and further advice on the cultivation of reserve talent of junior tennis players in the province. |
