| Abstract: | The combination of anthropology and historiography is the new trend in the last two decades.This combination provides new directions to us.Using anthropological theories and tools,medical historians have given a lot of new insights to many historical problems,some of them even prove that a lot of conclusions which are doubtful in the past.This paper did some analysis of the studies on the medical history in ancient China,which were done by the well-known western scholar Sivin,and a tentative study of this new trend. |
