| 摘 要： | 中美文化思维模式差异，导致了中美大学生英语写作中的分段方面的差异。受分析思维的影响，美国大学生在英语议论文写作中通常一个自然段对应一个意义段；而受综合思维的影响，中国的英语学习者分段任意性较大，频繁将几个意义置于同一自然段中。

| Abstract: | The different way of thinking between Chinese and American people has resulted in the different division of paragraph by Chinese and American college students. While American students, influenced by analytical thought, usually put one unit of thought in one paragraph, Chinese students, due to synthesis thought, tend to put several units of thought into one paragraph. |
