我国部分银行裁员对绩效影响的评价研究

摘    要:通过建立数据包络分析模型及对饱和现象的分析,研究了我国一些商业银行1996~2001年间裁员对绩效的影响.结果表明,导致商业银行效率低下最直接的原因并不是员工冗余,裁员反而使银行绩效有下降的趋势;一些银行在运作管理上存在很大的问题,效率相对较低,资源浪费非常严重.

Abstract:In this paper,the Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) model is established to study the practice of cutback in personnel and its impact on the performance of some of(Chinese) commercial banks from 1996 to 2001.The result indicates that staff redundancy is not the direct cause for low efficiency.The practice to cut back personnel doesn't result in efficiency enhancement,but an efficiency decrease instead.There exist serious problems in the practice of some banks such as low efficiency and severe waste of resources.
