黑龙江省常见葡萄种和品种的过氧化物酶同工酶分析

摘    要:用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对黑龙江省常见的葡萄种和栽培品种进行过氧化物酶同工酶分析揭示:不同葡萄种中的九个品种,在三个生育期叶片中共显示23条酶谱带,按其电泳相对迁移率的集中程度由快至慢可分为A、B、C、D四区。不同生育时期酶谱有较大变化,不同种的葡萄品种酶谱差异显著,B区和C区酶谱带的数目和表达先后与不同种有明显的相关性。杂交种反映双亲所在种的酶谱带的特点,并有新酶带产生。

Abstract:The peroxidase isozyme for common Species and cultivars of grapes in Heilongjiang province is analysed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Following results were obtained, In 9 cultivars of grapes, there are 23 pattern bands from the leaves during three growth stages. According to levels of focuses of relative eleetrophoresis mobility, the four areas (A, B, C, D) were divided by moving speed. In different growth stages, there were rather big changes in isozyme patterns. And there were remarkable differences in various grapes. The number and expresting order of patterns about area Band area C were different in various species. Hybrid showed their parentpatterns. In addition, some new bands were observed in hybrid.
