| 摘 要： | 出版物国际交换是人类文明演进中的文化产物，是知识传播与交流的重要方式。它依据正式的契约或协定，彼此提供出版物，以促进世界各国家之间文化思想的交流。1925年，民国政府加入了《布鲁塞尔协定》，并积极参与出版物国际交换活动，对我国近现代古籍整理、图书出版及文献交流有积极的意义。
