筒式液力减振器试验系统设计与实现

摘    要:速度特性图、示功图是车辆减振器的重要动力特性参数,本文设计了一种机械式速度试验机.为克服传统的机械式试验机磨损快、滑块质量过大的缺点,设计了特殊的润滑与密封装置;同时广泛采用弹性铰链以消除联结间隙,大大降低了噪声.本机还设计了慢速装置(0.05m/s)以测量滑动摩擦力. 用本试验机对三轮汽车减振器进行实测,结果表明本系统测量可靠,操作快捷、方便.

Abstract:Velocity characteristics and indicator diagram are important parameters of shock absorbers.Based on the comparison of various schemes of the structure,a mechanical test machine is designed.A special lubricating device is designed to overcome the default of high friction of traditional mechanical machine.And elastic hinges are applied to avoid the gap of joints,thus greatly reduce the noises.Also,a low-speed device(0.05m/s) is designed to measure the slip-friction of absorber.Furthermore,a computer data acqu...
