| 摘 要： | 运用数理统计的方法对重庆市1997-2003年的电信业务发展情况进行综合评价,建立了评价指标体系,用主成份分析法对原始数据进行数学处理,得出表示电信业务发展水平的综合指标,再用聚类分析方法进行指标聚类分析,找出了影响重庆市电信业务量的主要因素,并对如何提高重庆市电信业务提出一点建议.

| Abstract: | The paper carries out the integrated appraisal of Chongqing telecom services from 1997 to 2003 based on statistic method. An index system is set up to get the comprehensive indexes, and the original data in use of principal component analysis is dealt with and the main indexes of telecom service are obtained. Then the index system is classified by the cluster analysis method. At last, the quantity of services of each year are found and some advice on how to improve the telecom service are given. |
