贵州余甘子果肉营养成分与生态环境关系初探

摘    要:初步探讨了贵州余甘子果肉营养成分与土壤、海拔高度的关系,发现余甘子果肉中Vc含量与海拔高度、土壤水提PH值有较明显的相关性。在海拔500~800m间,土壤水提PH=6~7间余甘子果肉Vc合量较高。

Abstract:Having explored the relationship of nutritive components of flash of phyllanthus emblica fruit and the soil,the eleyation, it has been found that Vc contents of phyllanthus emblica fruit are higher at an elevation of 500~800m and the pH value of the soil is 6~7.
