高产率合成5-(4-氨基-苯基)-10,15,20-三苯基卟啉

摘    要:报道了一种非常重要的中间体:5-(4-氨基-苯基)-10,15,20-三苯基卟啉的高产率合成方法,产率达95.2%(以5-(4-硝基-苯基)-10,15,20-三苯基卟啉计),总产率为19.5%(以吡咯计).通过红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱、元素分析对目标产物进行了表征,并且讨论了影响目标产物产率的因素.

Abstract:5-(4-aminopheny1)-10,15,20-tripheny1 porphyrin was synthesized in the yield reached up to 95.2%(calculated by the quantity of 5-(4-aminopheny1)-10,15,20-tripheny1 porphyrin)and the final yield was 19.5%(calculated by the quantity of pyrrole).The products was confirmed by IR,UV-Vis and elemenmtal analysis.And the factors affecting yield of the products were discussed.
