Cu_2O微晶玻璃的制备及其物性研究

摘    要:以石英玻璃片为基底,通过碱腐蚀的方法得到一层Na2O型硅酸盐玻璃,通过与铜氨络合物溶液发生离子交换,用Cu取代Na形成硅酸铜玻璃层,然后经过在不同温度下进行严格控制的成核晶化过程,形成Cu2O的微晶玻璃.通过扫描电镜方法观察所得样品的表面形态,并用X射线、吸收谱分析得到所制备的Cu2O微晶玻璃的一些物性,并对其结构物性加以分析.

Abstract:A film of Na2O soda-lime-silicate glass is obtained by means of erosion,which uses quartz as substrates.Through ion-exchange with the copper ammonia complex,the Na ions of Na2O sode-lime-silicate glass are replaced by Cu ions.After the process of cored and crystallized at dif-ferent temperature,Cu2O microcrystallite-doped glass is formed.The sample's surface feature is examined by SEM,and the properties of Cu2O microcrystallite-doped glass are obtained by XRD and spectrometer.Finally,these results are analyzed.
