摘    要:论述了高校图书馆文化的内涵及高校图书馆文化建设的重要性,从改进服务质量、坚持以人为本、提高馆员素质、强化领导班子建设、树立创新意识等5个方面重点阐述了推进高校图书馆文化建设的举措。

Abstract:This paper discusses on the connotation of the culture of university library and the importance of the construction of the culture of university library,and expounds the measures for promoting the construction of the culture of university library from five aspects of improving the service quality,holding the people-based concept,strengthening the quality construction of the librarians,laying stress on the leadership construction,and establishing the innovative consciousness.
