| 摘 要： | 以宝钢N2炼钢煤气冷却高压供水控制系统技术改造工程为例,对高压供水空排止回循环控制阀组动态特性进行试验分析.通过多项企业节能技术改造实践和多年现场运行使用证明,高压供水空排止回循环控制阀能够将流量感应、止回、旁路控制及多级降压等控制功能集于一体,有效保护水泵正常和经济运行,操作简便可靠.

| Abstract: | On the basis of discussing the control process of N2 steel making LT coal gas cooled high pressure feed-water system of Bao Steel,the experimental research on the dynamic circulating control characteristic of open to air check valves system is carried out.According to the enterprise reforming practice of several saving energy techniques and the on the-spot long-term running experiences,the valve system integrates the four functions of flux apperceiving,checking,bypass controlling and multi-grade ruming,which can economically and effectively protect water pump and keep its normal running.Its easy operation and multifunction help feed -water circulating control to reach advanced level. |
