摘    要:以ZrO2/SO2-4固体超强酸催化富马酸与甲醇合成富马酸二甲酯的反应,表征催化剂的物化性质,探讨催化剂制备条件、原料配比、反应时间及催化剂用量等参数对富马酸二甲酯收率的影响.催化剂的重复使用实验表明,ZrO2/SO2-4是富马酸二甲酯合成的较适宜的催化剂

Abstract:The present paper covers the synthesis of dimethyl fumarate by the esterification of fumaric acid with methnol catalyzed by solid superacid ZrO 2/SO 2- 4. The effect of the catalyst preparation conditions, raw material ratio, reaction time and amount of the catalyst used on the yield of DMF was investigated. Under the optimal reaction conditions, the yield of DMF reached 90%. Reusable experiments of the catalyst showed that this catalyst is a promising catalyst for DMF synthesis.
