| 摘 要： | 实验分析了新疆特产鱼黑鲫的核型，得出黑鲫的染色体数２Ｎ＝１００，基核型公式为２Ｎ＝３２Ｍ＋３４ＳＭ＋１８ＳＴ＋１８Ｔ，臂数为１６６。除染色体数外，其核型公式和臂数与普通鲫有显著差异，普通鲫的臂数为１２８。根据前人研究认为，鲤科鱼类核型的演化总趋势是核型中染色体总臂数增加，基于这一点、我们认为黑鲫与普通鲫比较，应属于较特化的类型。

| Abstract: | We have studied the karyotype of Carassius carassius,which only distributesin Xinjiang. The result shows: the number of chromosome is 2N= 100,karyotype formula is 2N = 32M+ 34SM + 1ST+ 16T, number of arms is 166 as far as the karyotype formule and arms number are concered, it is very different from general carassius sp the arem number ofthe last one is 128. Based on the research of the past, the karyotype evolutionary tend of cyprinidae is the increasing of the number of the arms. So we think Carassius carassius is a more advanced type. |
