地方高校在农村体育事业建设中的重要作为——以浙江省衢州市为例

以浙江省衢州市为重点，通过对农村体育事业建设现状较为全面深入的调查，认为当前农村体育主要存在硬件设施投入和配置严重不足、未能形成良好的健身文化氛围、主体力量严重外流等突出问题．在有效剖析造成上述问题原因的基础上，结合地方高校的自身优势及衢州实际，较为系统地提出了地方高校在推进传统体育发展、体育资源共享、体育文化宣传和普及、体育人才培训、体育活动交流等方面积极服务农村体育的对策建议，从而促进农村体育事业的健康可持续发展．

Important Roles of Local Colleges and Universities in the Development of Rural Sports --Taking Quzhou City as an Example

Through a comprehensive and deep investigation into the current situation of rural sports fo- cused on Quzhou city, we have identified the major problems such as severe inadequacy of hardware in- vestment and supply, lack of good healthy cultural atmosphere, serious outflow of main body strength in the rural sports. This article, combining the advantages of local colleges and universities with the actual situation in Quzhou, and by effectively analyzing the causes for the above problems, offers some rela- tively systematic countermeasures and proposals to actively serve rural sports and to promote the healthy and sustainable development of rural sports in traditional sports development, sports resources sharing, sports culture propaganda and popularization, sports talent training, and sports activity exchange .
