失地农民市民化程度测评指标体系的构建

随着城乡统筹发展的进一步加快，失地农民的规模在逐年快速递增，失地农民问题已经成为了事关稳定的大问题。失地农民市民化是从根本上解决失地农民问题的最重要的途径，但是如何客观评价失地农民市民化程度是个急需解决的难题。文章通过抽样调查和专家访谈等方式确定影响失地农民市民化程度的因素并作为具体测评指标，从人均可支配收入、文化素质、社会保障、民主权利及社会态度等方面构建一个比较全面的测评指标体系，并对具体测评方法进行了选择。

The Construction of Measurement Index System on Urbanizations for Land- lost Peasants

It has been increasingly developing into a serious issue concerning the national stabilization because the scale of land - lost peasants is increasing year by year with the urban and rural co - develop- ment. It is an important way to solve completely the problems of these peasants but it is very hard to measure the degree of urbanizations. This paper offers a concrete measurement index of urbanizations for this kind of peasants and tries to construct a comprehensive index system from the aspects of disposa- ble individual incomes, cultural quality, social security, democratic rights and social attitudes. At the same, time the paper selects several concrete ways to measure the degrees.
