摘    要:利用碳热还原法,以碳和ZnO的混合粉末为原料成功地在镀Au的Si001]衬底上生长了ZnO纳米线,通过TG-DTA对反应物的合成过程进行了分析,用XRD和SEM对样品的结构及表面形貌进行研究.发现Ar气通气时间影响生成物的结晶及取向.实验结果表明通气时间为90s时,生成物为结晶度很高的单晶六方ZnO纳米线。

Abstract:Starting with the mixtures of ZnO and graphite powders,the ZnO nanowires were synthesized on Au-coated silicon(001) substrate by Carbon Thermal Reduction method.The mixtures of ZnO and graphite powders were characterized by TG-DTA.The products were characterized by means of SEM and XRD.The results indicated that the crystallization,the shape and the orientation of the products were dependent on the time of the flowing gas.The single crystal hexagonal ZnO nanowires were synthesized when the time of the flowing gas was 90 seconds.
