摘    要:学校文化具有自身的规定性和整合性,往往使教师一来到学校就成为既定学校文化的改造对象。学校文化影响着教师群体的专业发展以及教师个体对课程与教学的态度等。反过来,作为学校文化保持与改造功能实现主体之一的教师,其专业发展状况又是提升学校文化内涵和品味的关键。

Abstract:School culture has its regulation and integration that frequently enable the teachers to be reformed by the established school culture as they become the members of school.School culture has an effect on the professional development of teachers' group and the attitude of individual teacher on curriculum and instruction.On the contrary,the teacher is one of the agents of keeping and reforming school culture,whose professional development is the key to promote the significance and taste of school culture.
