陈皮提取液的抗菌作用比较

摘    要:利用不同有机溶剂浸提,获得陈皮提取液,将该提取液利用管碟法做抗菌(防霉)实验,并与制霉菌素的抗菌(抗霉)效果进行比较,结果证明陈皮提取液有较好的抗菌能力,该提取液在室温条件下储存1a后仍留有一定的抗菌活力。

Abstract:Pericarpium citri extracts were obtained using different organic reagents. The antibiotic activities were tested and compared with mycostatin.It was showed that the antibiotic activity of ethanol or methanol extract of pericarpinm citri was stronger than others and remained to some extent after one year storing at room temperature.
