| 摘 要： | 近年来,国内外对纳米中孔TiO2材料进行了一定的研究,本文就中孔TiO2粉末、薄膜及掺杂等制备方法、条件进行了阐述,对影响TiO2中孔结构的因素如钛前驱物、表面活性剂种类、浓度及去除方式、pH值等进行了详细的讨论,提出目前存在的一些问题及其解决途径。

| Abstract: | A few of research for the nanometeral mesoporous TiO_2 materials have been carried out in recent years.The preparation method and condition of mesoporous TiO_2 powder,film and doping are reviewed in this paper. These factors influencing mesoporous structure, for example titanium precursor, the type of surfactant, the concentration of surfactant, the removal way of surfactant and pH and so on, are discussed in detail. And some other problems are also mentioned that need to be solved. |
