| 摘 要： | 研究显示，信息和通讯技术的发展已经极大地促进了经济的增长。文章根据所给出的理论和数学模型，从总量和产业两个层次定量分析了信息和通讯技术对我国经济增长的推动作用，并提出了改善信息和通讯技术促进经济增长的途径与措施。

| Abstract: | The study shows that the development of ICT has greatly promoted the growth of economy. According to given theories and mathematical models, this paper makes quantitative analysis on the promoting effects of ICT on our country's economic growth from two aspects of total amount and industry, and puts forward some channels and measures for improving ICT and promoting economic growth. |
