| 摘 要： | 业务流程重组对于企业来说是一次巨大的变革，但在具体实施过程中会有很多意想不到的阻力。本文探讨在业务流程重组的实践中引入变革管理的基本框架，和“拉战略”的实施策略，以最小化企业变革的实施风险。
