多夹点换热网络综合与分析

摘    要:在石油化工等现代过程工业中,经常会遇到具有相变的过程物流,这些物流很容易使系统出现多个夹点。利用Linnhoff的夹点理论对系统进行启发式综合时,可根据夹点的具体位置将系统划分为若干个子系统,在这些系统中进行有效的综合。实际综合结果表明,采用这种方法能合理地分配系统的公用工程消耗,对促进系统的可控性、可操作性和运转的安全性具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:It was often to come across streams with phase changed, which might result in multiple pinch points in the composite curve, in the modern petrochemical industries. When the process system was being synthesized by means of Linnhoff's pinch point technology, sub systems can be obtained based on pinch point location and synthesized effectively. The tests illustrated that the method can reasonably allot process utilities consumption, and it was significant to facilitate the system control, operation and safety.
